Problem Note 59920: Remote Library Services to a SAS/SHARE® or SAS/CONNECT® server fail with the “OPEN DATA SET…” message

Remote Library Services (RLS) from a SAS® client session to either a SAS/SHARE® or SAS/CONNECT® server might encounter the following error:
OPEN DATA SET: Length of message segment 2 is 00000368, but should be 00000358.
This issue occurs when the client and server are running any mixed combination of SAS® 9.3 and SAS® 9.4 TS1M5.
When you encounter this issue, the RLS access to the SAS data set or database management system (DBMS) table fails.
